ORDERS/SHIPPING/RETURNS


FOR INTERNATIONAL

ORDERS: PLEASE READ

(IMPORTANT)

THESE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLACING AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER:

We offer shipping on all of our items via USPS to Canada, UK, Europe, Australia and many other locations around the world.  Shipping rates vary widely based on destination and product purchased. We do our best to obtain the lowest rates possible. To purchase items and have them shipped internationally complete the following steps: 

•   Select items for purchase and click <checkout>.

•   Enter you email address and click <Continue>

•   Under Order Options, Click <Pickup>, Scroll down, Click <Continue>

•   Complete payment for items in your cart (Note: Shipping is not included in this amount)

•   Once you have paid for you purchase, contact susan@amybutlerdesign.com to arrange shipping to your locale. Please provide your name, address, postal code and phone number in your email. 

•   You will then receive an Invoice for shipping. Once you have paid your shipping invoice your order will be shipped to you.

•   If you have any questions about shipping internationally, please feel free to email her at susan@amybutlerdesign.com

•   Prior to payment of shipping invoice, If you find shipping costs prohibitive, please contact us and we can refund your initial order. 

Also please note that for customers whom a Vat or Import Duty apply, you will be responsible for this fee upon delivery. If you refuse the delivery you will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will not be eligible for a refund of shipping charges.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed once weekly from our Granville, Ohio Studio. If your order is received after our shipping day in a particular week, your order will be shipped the following week.

You will receive an automated notification when your order ships.

If you require insurance or have other questions please contact susan@amybutlerdesign.com.

Please note: Once an item is with the shipping service, they are responsible for the care of your package.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA

We offer reasonably priced regular shipping on most of our items via USPS to all 50 states. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. If you have any questions please contact susan@amybutlerdesign.com.

RETURNS

We want you to love your Caravan Souk pieces. If you are not happy, please let us know by emailing susan@amybutlerdesign.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. In your email please include your name, contact information, and the name of the item(s) you are returning and the reason.

All purchased items should be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. 

For US guests

We will issue a return label via email. Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your return shipping label.

For International guests

 Please visit your local postal service or shipping service to complete the return. Please email susan@amybutlerdesign.com with tracking information.

For all returns, we credit the same account you used for purchasing. Sometimes it can take 5-7 business days to see your credit applied. Refunds will be net of shipping costs.
