How to Place an Order
To place an order, simply add your selections to your shopping cart. You will be guided through the process from selection to checkout. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery area.
Please feel confident placing your order. We are a safe and secure web store, and your information is protected.
If you should need help in placing an order, we will be happy to help you. We have found that email is the most accurate and efficient way to serve you.
Stock Availability
If an item is "out of stock", please check back with us often. Our quantities are limited in each collection, and our goal is to replenish our stock as quickly as we can. Please note we cannot accept backorders due to the limited quantities available in each collection.
Shipping
Your selection is carefully packed and shipped to you in a sturdy box. We take great pride in handling your order quickly, with most items shipping within 24-48 hours of ordering. For USA orders, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please make sure that all your shipping information is correct when placing your order. Shipments may be delayed if your package has to be re-routed due to incorrect/incomplete address information. Additional charges can result from incorrect address information. Please note that UPS cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

All orders will be delivered according to the following timetables:
Standard Ground
Allow up to five business days for delivery.
2nd Day Air
Orders received before 10:00 a.m. EST
estimated delivery by the end of the 2nd business day.
Next Day Delivery

- Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer. Canadian customers please note that Amy Butler Design will not charge GST/HST. You will pay GST/HST and duties as it applies to the product and duty values directly to UPS upon delivery.
- In addition to duties & taxes, UPS charges a brokerage fee for international shipments that is the responsibility of the customer and will be paid directly to UPS upon delivery. Please visit www.UPS.com and search "landed costs" to determine the additional fees due at delivery.
- We are not able to guarantee estimated shipping times as they are determined by UPS. Please visit www.UPS.com for specific delivery times.
USPS Priority Mail International
- We process orders each week day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
- You must provide a telephone number and a signature may be required at time of delivery.

- Insurance is not offered for USPS Priority Mail shipments at this time. If you choose this method, please note that Amy Butler Design is not responsible for lost shipments.

We will make every attempt to ship your product in the smallest and fewest boxes possible, without sacrificing the quality and safety of the product, to reduce shipping costs and environmental waste. Please reuse or recycle your packing materials.

Important Information about Payment:
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. Our system will not be able to process your order unless this information agrees. Please note that your purchase will appear as "Amy Butler Design" on your bank card statement.
Track Your Order
When shipping via UPS, you will receive an email confirmation directly from UPS when your order has shipped which will include your shipping information and a tracking number. You will be able to track your package directly at www.UPS.com. If you chose United States Priority International Mail we are not able to offer package tracking at this time.
Return Policy / Lost & Missing Orders
Amy takes great pride in designing unique products that we hope you will love. If you are unhappy with any purchase, please let us know and we will take care of you right away.
If you have any questions, or need to make a return, please email us at shopamy@amybutlerdesign.com, and we will respond to your inquiry promptly.
Please return your item to us within 14 days of receipt, in perfect unused condition, complete with all the product packaging, and we will give you a full refund, less shipping charges. If returned items are not received within the 14 day period we will not be able to honor your return.
If your shipment arrives incomplete or is not received in a timely manner, please contact us within 14 days of shipment notification so we may track your order. If you do not notify us within 14 days regarding the missing items or lost shipment, we will be unable to replace your items.
Due to the limited quantities available in each collection, we are unable to process exchanges. Exchanges will be processed as returns. If your purchase was faulty, please let us know immediately. If a product is faulty, all shipping and handling charges will be refunded as well.
We ask that you retain tracking information and insure your package when returning goods, as we cannot be responsible for products that do not reach us.
Please enclose an email address and phone number with your return.
We will arrange for your refund upon receipt of the goods, and will contact you to let you know that your refund has been arranged.

Amy Butler Softwares by the Electric Quilt Company
Amy Butler Softwares is my first collection of sewing projects on CD! I've worked with my friends at Electric Quilt to offer 22 stylish projects for quilts, bags and more - plus 9 bonus projects. You can make the projects as designed or customize them in thousands of possible ways using the software's tools and virtual swatches of my fabrics.
The software runs on Windows XP or Vista. It will also run on Macs with Windows virtualization software (such as Parallels). The CD runs separately, you do not need to purchase additional Electric Quilt software to run my program.

My bedding is made from 100% organic cotton. Machine wash, normal cycle, in cold water, to keep you bedding looking its best. Wash dark colors separately using only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low and remove promptly.

Handcrafted Rugs
I am thrilled to introduce my new line of rugs with my friend Ravi and his family at Chandra Rugs. This Atlanta-based manufacturer has over 22 years experience in the rug industry. Chandra Rugs is redefining quality and service through cutting edge designs and personalized customer care for which I am so proud to be part of.
Shipping/Damages
Your gorgeous rug will ship directly from Chandra Rugs by FedEx. Each rug is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. However, I highly recommend that you check the package and product for any damages prior to signing for your rug. If there are any damages please request that FedEx return the shipment and immediately contact Chandra at info@chandrarugs.com or call 706-624-4518. All other claims must be submitted to customer service within 10 days of receipt. FedEx will pick up the rug and file a claim. You will receive full credit if the rug is damaged and a replacemnt rug will be sent to you.
Returns
Please keep all packing materials until you are satisfied with the product. Rug returns will not be accepted without the original packing material. If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please return it within 30 days. You will recieve a refund, less shipping charges and 15% restocking fee. If return items are not received with the 30 days, we will not be able to honor your return.
Care and Cleaning
Quality care is an important factor in the preservation of your investment.
- Regular vacuuming is a carpet's best friend. In most cases, a suction only canister vacuum is best. However, if this type is not available, set vacuum so that the brush is farthest away from the surface of the carpet.
- Remember that shedding is part of the natural wear-in process and is also a characteristic of fine wool.
- The vacuum cleaner dust bag should be changed when it is half full.
- Clean regularly by a professional cleaner. Do not apply stain repellent treatments that contain silicoone.

The rugs have a cotton backing and are heavy so there is no need for rubber gripper pads.
Spot Removal
- Immediately blot (do not rub) spills with white paper towels or with a clean absorbent cloth. Scoop up solids.
- Pretest spot-removal in an inconspicuous area.
- Apply cleaning agent to an absorbent towel and begin to blot up the spill with a blotting motion. Flip cloth to prevent reapplying soil.
- Do not over saturate with water.
- Work inward from the edge of the spot to prevent excess spreading.
- Wait a few minutes for the cleaning agent to work.
- Once the cleaning agent has removed the spot, blot excessive moisture by applying presure with paper towels or a dry absorbent cloth.
- Rinse with clear water on a clean cloth.

Product Info and Care
We do not recommend machine washing your Amy Butler product. For light soil, wipe gently with a clean, damp cloth, using cold water. For more difficult stains, please consult your dry cleaner. If your product needs pressing at any time, we suggest using a household iron set at low to medium temperature.
