PROJECT ONE: QUILTED COMFORT THROW
For the Comfort Throw
-Cut 2 Front Borders (side) 9 1/2" wide x 61" long*
-Cut 2 Front Borders (top and Bottom)- 9 1/2" wide x 46" long*
*To cut the angle on the Front Borders use the Front Border mitered angle guide
-Cut 1 Center Panel - 28" wide x 43" long
-Cut 1 Back Panel - 45" wide x 60" long
Step 2.
Make the top of the Comfort Throw
C. Attach the Front Borders together Start at the top left corner, take the left side Front Border, place it with the Right sides together onto the top Front Border, matching the mitered edges. (The panels mitered edges will match up perfectly on top of each other.) Attach the side and top Front Borders together by stitching a 1/2" seam along the mitered edge, stitching from the point on the outer edge and stopping 3/4" from the inside angle. Make sure to backstitch at each end. Lay the Front Borders back out around the Center Panel with Right sides facing up and go on to the next corner. Repeat this step for all of the corners and then press all four mitered seams open.
PROJECT THREE: CALMING KIT
Step 7.
A. Add the eyelet closure First, for placement of the eyelet, find the center of the calming kit by folding it in half matching the top and bottom edges of the Kit only. (Do not include
the Flap). Gently press a crease to be used for
the placement of the eyelet closure. Open the
Kit up with the Outside Panel facing up. Measure
in 3/4" from the right side of the kit on the crease
and mark. Take your eyelet and tool and attach the
eyelet with the finished side on the Outside Panel.

B. Attach the Front Panel to the Lining
Panel Place the WRONG side of the
Front Panel onto the Right side of the
Lining, matching the bottom and side
raw edges. Attach by stitching down
both sides and across the bottom with a
1/2" seam and set aside.
L. Add the eyelet closure First, to find the
placement for the eyelet, have the Outside
Panel facing up with the Flap opened. Mea-
sure over 2" from the right side finished edge
of the Flap and mark with your pencil. Now,
measure down 1" from the top edge of the
Flap at the 2" mark and mark again. Take
your eyelet and tool and attach the eyelet with
the finished side on the front of the Flap.
