After your order is completed you will receive an email with a unique URL to download your files. Your link will be expire after 7 days or 3 attempts, which ever occurs first.

Technology is great but every so often there may be a hiccup in your system – a computer crash, accidental deletions, etc. We are not able to provide new downloads for any of these situations - just as we would not be able to provide you with a new printed pattern if you lost it while moving to a new house.

You will receive an email including a link to download your file after your payment has been processed.
How do I save the project suite?
The file will download to your computer as a PDF. You can then save it to your computer in a secure location. We suggest that you back up your files often.
What do I do if my download doesn’t work?
We have tried to prepare for any technical glitches with the pattern downloads but from time to time there may be some problems. If you are having difficulties opening your pattern please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to have your email receipt on hand so you can confirm your download code. We will be in touch shortly to help you with your problem.
